Celery, the healthful digestive aide

There are MANY juice recipes with celery here is one that I find very tasty:

  • In an electric juicer wash and juice:
  • 2 celery ribs, cut into 3 inch lengths
  • 1 Granny Smith apple halved cored and cut into chunks
  • 1 2in. piece of fresh ginger peeled
  • 1/2 medium bunch of parsley with stems
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Notes: one serving 35 calories, 7gm carb, 1gm fat, 0.1 gm sat fat, 2gm protein, 3gm fiber .
